چکیده

Four PA6/graphite (G) composites systems were made. Two in situ polymerisation equivalent mixing strain and two melt extrusion of processing strain. The effective modulus the carbons, room temperature storage at 80 ⁰C evaluated using Dynamic Mechanical thermal Analysis (DMTA). Melt processing, was employed to make PA6/carbon composite over a range loadings Graphite Nano Platelets (GNP) fillers. carried out 100/6 condition, which indicates an screw rotation frequency 100 rpm applied for 6 minutes (min) 200/3 conditions, 200 3 min. For polymerised G GNP dispersion made similar conditions designated as 40/10 20/20. Here, that sonication amplitude 40% 10 min, whereas 20/20 20% 20 P INP weak interaction between PA6 is indicated by very low enhancement above glass transition (Tg). behaviour shows reinforcement provided not significant relative unfilled PA6, despite loading levels. A similar, but less pronounced, observed system. Effective 40/10, 4.8 GPa. Due level used better reaction rates, extrapolated 22.4 GPa obtained G200/3 G100/6 trend increasing with followed exactly. On all levels loading, values system are higher than those system, reflection retention or improvement aspect ratio due intensive sonication.

Fabrication of Ti3SiC‌‌2-SiC max phase composites via in-situ and ex-situ synthesis

Recently, a series of three-component compounds with the combination of Mn+1AXn known as Max phases have been considered as a new material. One of the most important features of Max phases, is the self-healing property of them. The main reason for considering Max Phases is a unique collection of unusual properties including their metallic, ceramic, physical, and mechanical properties. One of th...
